Stonegate Condominiums are currently being built on Oak Street above Reaney Park in Pullman. The builder assures me they'll be ready to move into beginning the end of August through the first week of October. They feature a Tudor style exterior with all the modern interior features one could want: Stainless steel appliances, wired for internet, gas log fireplace, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, two-car garage, and right next to the WSU campus with great views of downtown. There's seven left but they're going fast!
